Report a problem
Include your device model, Android version, app version, game mode, level number and a short description of what happened. A screenshot can help. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information.
Offline play and saved progress
Gameplay works offline. Advertising needs a network connection and an available ad. Progress is stored on your device; clearing app data can remove it. In Adventure, Continue opens your latest unlocked level.
Delete local data or request help
This offline version does not create a Moavia online account. To delete the game's local settings, player information, scores and saves, open Android Settings → Apps → Keypad Arcade → Storage → Clear storage / Clear data. Uninstalling also removes local app data. If Android backup is enabled, manage or delete the separate backup using your device's backup settings. Clearing local data does not automatically delete a backup.
For a request about support emails or other information you have sent to Moavia, email support@moavia.dev with the subject “Keypad Arcade data deletion request”. Tell us the email address used and the information you want removed. We may ask for proportionate verification; do not send identity documents unless specifically needed and requested. We will explain any data we must retain for legal, security or dispute-resolution purposes.
We cannot erase Google-held advertising information by clearing your local game data. Use Google's data and privacy controls for data Google controls. For ad consent, use the in-game Privacy Options when available.
